Q: Will my dj be on time ?
A: Yes we aim to arrive 30 mintues before the start time so if you have booked from 7.30 we would arrive at 7.00pm
it only takes us 15 minutes from arriving to unload and setup and have the music playing.
Q: Will my dj be smartly dressed ?
A: Yes our dj's will always be of clean appearance and smartly dressed whether it is a kids party to a 100th birthday.
Q: What music will the dj play ?
A: When you book you will be issued with a request sheet so you can choose the sort of music you want playing if no playlist has been submitted to the dj will read the crowd and try various types of music to get your party started.
Q: When should the dj be paid ?
A: We request that the dj is paid upon arrival as that way there isnt any chasing round for the dj to get his money and you get to relax for the rest of the night.
Q: Will the dj continue to play after the end time ?
A: This can be discussed with the dj on the night but generally we will always play 2 more songs from when we announce that we are finishing.
Q: Will the dj be polite ?
A: Yes our dj's will always be polite towards yourself and your guests
Q: We are having a buffet what will the dj do whilst the buffet is on ?
A: The dj will lower the volume of the music whilst the buffet is in progress to enable people to eat in peace and have a chat to friends and relatives whom they may not have seen for a long time.
Q: If i am not happy with the level of service i have recieved what can i do ?
A: You may contact us and inform us of the problem and we will deal with this matter and keep you informed of the progress as to which this matter has been dealt.
Q: Could i make multiple bookings and recieve a discount ?
A: Yes if you would like to book 2 or more partys with dynasty discos we will offer you cash back on the night of the 2nd party dependant on the ammount quoted for both partys.
Q: What partys do you cover ?
A: We cover most partys in most areas call us and we will tell you whether we can cover it or if we know of anyone who can cover this party for you.
Q: Can we leave you feedback about the level of service we have recieved ?
A: Yes we always welcome feedback good or bad and will be listed on our website for others to see.
